It is necessary

    • 200 g margarine;
    • 100-150 g flour;
    • 4 eggs;
    • a pinch of salt
    • slaked soda;
    • 150 g of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the margarine in a small enamel saucepan over medium heat. Wait for the margarine to completely melt, then remove the pan from the heat. In the further cooking process, it will be needed in this form, but cooled to room temperature.

Step 2

Beat eggs and salt separately. This is best done with a household electric mixer. Whisking for about three minutes, until the mass thickens, increasing in volume two to three times.

Step 3

Continue whisking (about four minutes) after each adding sugar, slaked soda. The result should be a thick and viscous mixture.

Step 4

Add melted margarine last - it should be poured in a thin stream, with constant stirring of the dough - and flour. After the final kneading, the dough should resemble sour cream in consistency.

Step 5

Pour such a batter into molds in an approximate amount, one dessert spoon in each cell (if we are talking about the "mushroom" or "nut" shape). Close the baking dish and press firmly to spread the dough over the entire baking surface.

Step 6

Flip to the other side immediately. Bake for about 30-45 seconds and turn over again. Turn your baking dish constantly so that the cookies are baked evenly on both sides. The total frying time is about 1-2 minutes. When checking for readiness, be guided by the color of the baked product.

Step 7

If you are making “nuts” with a filling, then after step 6 cool the resulting cookies, divide them with a knife into “shells”. Fill each of the halves with cream and combine them into whole "nuts".
