The vegetable season begins in the summer. Then vegetable soups become popular. They are offered even in the finest restaurants and can be prepared at home. Vegetables perfectly replenish the supply of vitamins in the body and saturate in the summer heat.
It is necessary
- - a saucepan for 3-5 liters;

- - cauliflower 7 inflorescences;
- - zucchini 1 pc;

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots and zucchini, then cut them into thin slices. We wash the cauliflower thoroughly under water and divide into small inflorescences. Boil the rice until tender.

We put vegetables in a saucepan, fill with water and put on the stove over high heat. As soon as the water boils, turn down the heat and remove any foam that may appear. After boiling, add butter to the pan, salt and spices as needed. As soon as the vegetables are ready, send the boiled rice to the pan and cook everything together for about 5-7 minutes.

Then beat our soup with a blender, gradually adding cream to thicken. Serve the cream soup, garnished with sprigs of herbs.
