It is necessary
- - 500 g of bakery flour;
- - 1 g of dry yeast is about 1/4 teaspoon;
- - 10 g of salt;
- - 400 ml of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour and mix it with yeast - just stir by hand and that's it. Then, while stirring, pour in warm (not hot!) Water, and stir until smooth. Cover the bowl and leave at room temperature for 12 hours.
Step 2
Prepare a bread pan. The form must have a lid, this is a must!
Sprinkle the work surface with flour, transfer the dough to it and divide into two loaves. Then transfer them to a floured linen towel.
Step 3
In the meantime, preheat the oven to a maximum (240 degrees) along with the form in which we will bake. After 20 - 30 minutes, when the oven and, most importantly, the form are well heated, we lower the first workpiece into it, and the surface that was on top should be at the bottom: we will get a more porous and airy bread. Cover the dish with a lid and leave in the oven for 25 minutes. After a specified period of time, remove the lid and oven for another 15 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
