This so-called "dough" should be taken with a tablespoon, poured into a very preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and quickly fry on both sides. The result is very thin, crunchy "pancakes" - delicious, especially if you really want to eat. Try to diversify this dish, cook delicious pancakes according to a new recipe.

    • • medium-sized potatoes - 6-7 pieces;
    • • flour - 3 tablespoons;
    • • egg - 2 pieces;
    • • salt - 1 teaspoon;
    • • soda - on the tip of a knife.
    • For impregnation:
    • butter - 100g;
    • sour cream (10-20% fat) - 1 glass

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater (the finer the grater, the better the result). If the potatoes are very juicy, carefully drain the excess juice (but do not squeeze).

Drive eggs into the potato mass, add salt, flour, slaked soda. Then beat the dough with a whisk until smooth and let stand for about 10 minutes. In consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.

Step 2

Put the pan on fire, make sure that it warms up evenly. The surface should be hot enough, but not hot (as for baking pancakes).

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan, enough to brown one serving of potato pancakes.

Step 3

Take the finished dough with a spoon and fry in a pan on both sides. Once the potato pancakes are browned, turn them over, then remove and place in a clean bowl. It is not necessary to achieve complete browning, as in the future, the pancakes will be "brought to readiness" under the lid.

Step 4

When the dough is over, and ruddy pancakes lie in a heap in the bowl, start preparing the impregnation for them. Melt the butter in a warm frying pan, add sour cream to it and mix thoroughly.

Using a fork, gently dip the pancakes into the prepared impregnation and place in stacks of 6-8 pieces in the pan in which they were fried. Reduce fire to a minimum. When all the pancakes are stacked, cover the pan tightly with a lid. Leave them to soak and "walk" for 10-15 minutes.
