3. Add salt, lemon juice and spices, stir.
4. Then add sour cream and flour, stir well. If necessary, increase the amount of flour, the mass should not be liquid or loose.
5. Heat the frying pan with butter and fry the pancakes until a crust appears on both sides.
6. Serve ready-made pancakes with herbs, mayonnaise or sour cream, or prepare a delicious and spicy sauce.
7. you need to mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal parts, add a little chopped garlic. Also add finely chopped dill or other fresh salad greens to the sauce. And in the end, put finely grated pickled cucumbers in the sauce (you can take fresh ones).
