Bell pepper is a storehouse of mineral salts and vitamins. Therefore, it is widely used in cooking as an independent dish and as a seasoning. Plus, it's easy to prepare and goes great with other vegetables and meats.

It is necessary

    • Bulgarian pepper - 10 pieces
    • minced meat - 400 grams
    • rice - 100 grams
    • onions - 3 pieces
    • tomato paste - 150 grams
    • salt
    • pepper
    • sour cream - to taste
    • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
    • a bunch of greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the inside of the bell pepper by cutting the flesh at the stalk. Rinse it thoroughly under running water to remove any remaining seeds. Place in a colander to glass the water.

Step 2

In the meantime, start cooking the minced meat (you can use any meat). Cut the meat into pieces, rinse it in water. Peel two onions and cut into 4 pieces each. Pass the meat and onion through a meat grinder, add the washed rice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Minced meat is ready.

Step 3

Fill each pepper with minced meat and place in a saucepan, sprinkle with salt on top. Pour in some water for steaming them and put on fire for 30-40 minutes. When boiling peppers, remove the limescale. If you like more gravy, then increase the amount of water.

Step 4

Start making tomato sauce. To do this, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, add finely chopped onions. Fry it until golden brown. Add tomato paste diluted with water and cook until thickened.

Step 5

As soon as the minced meat is ready, add tomato sauce, bay leaf, a little allspice ground pepper to it and leave to simmer for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, dill and cilantro before serving. Serve sour cream with the dish.
