Mannik on yogurt turns out to be delicious and as healthy as possible. It is made with yogurt, semolina, whole wheat flour, regular flour and bran. In addition, bananas and chocolate are added to the manna - it turns out very gently.
It is necessary
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 1 glass of natural yogurt;
- - 1/2 cup wheat flour;
- - 1/2 cup whole grain flour;
- - 1/2 cup semolina;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 banana;
- - 3 pieces of chocolate;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wheat bran;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda;
- - a pinch of cinnamon;
- - vanillin, salt, powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine eggs with a pinch of salt, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar. Beat with a mixer until bubbles form. Then add 1 cup of natural yogurt. Instead of yogurt, you can use thick kefir or plain drinking yogurt. Add semolina, whole wheat flour, and bran. Leave for half an hour to swell the manna ingredients. Then add 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda, mix. Next, send the melted butter, stir, leave for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Lubricate the pan with butter or margarine. Cut the banana into wedges and place it in a circle in a mold.
Step 3
Add sifted wheat flour to the dough, mix. Gently place the dough in a mold, flatten. Melt two pieces of chocolate together with 1 teaspoon of butter in a water bath, stir until smooth, put on top of the dough, make chocolate stains with a toothpick.
Step 4
Bake the manna on yogurt for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, cool, remove from the mold, leave overnight. In the morning, flip the cake upside down with bananas or leave on the chocolate top - whichever you prefer. On top, you can sprinkle the manna with powdered sugar or rub a piece of chocolate.
