It is necessary

    • pork - 200 gr.;
    • beef - 200 gr.;
    • onions - 3 pcs.;
    • flour - 2 tablespoons;
    • sour cream - 1 tbsp.;
    • vegetable oil - 100-150 gr.;
    • greens;
    • salt;
    • pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat thoroughly, remove the veins and cartilages that you do not need and cut into pieces.

Step 2

Peel two moon onions and cut into quarters.

Step 3

Scroll meat and onions through a meat grinder. Mix everything well, salt and pepper to your taste.

Step 4

Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Then put the minced meat there. Close the lid and keep on fire for five to seven minutes. Remember to stir occasionally.

Step 5

Chop the remaining onion and add to the minced meat. Keep it on low heat for about three minutes. The onion should not be cooked.

Step 6

Sift flour. Heat another skillet well and add flour to it. You need to fry it until light brown. Be sure to stir the flour constantly to prevent it from burning. Then add some water to it and stir with a wooden spoon. Add water gradually so that no lumps remain. You should have a smooth paste.

Step 7

Pour the gravy into the minced meat and stir. You can add a little more water to the desired consistency. Bring the gravy to a boil.

Step 8

And only after boiling, add sour cream and cook, but not for long. The gravy should boil for another three minutes under a closed lid.

Step 9

Rinse and finely chop the herbs (dill or parsley). You need to add it to the gravy two to three minutes before cooking.

Step 10

Serve hot. It goes well with potato dishes, boiled rice or pasta. You can also add fresh vegetables. Bon Appetit.
