Buckwheat is ideal for weight loss. Fish contains a lot of easily digestible protein. And all together, cooked in a double boiler, is very healthy and nutritious.

Everyone loves to eat deliciously, but not many are ready to spend a lot of energy on preparing such a dish. I propose one of these dishes that will not require much physical effort from you, but at the same time will be nutritious and, most importantly, healthy. To do this, we need a double boiler, buckwheat, fish, onions, carrots (if there is, then you can use beets, herbs and tomatoes).

We take buckwheat (the amount depends on whether you are cooking for one meal or with a reserve) and put it in a bowl from a steamer for cooking rice, fill it with water two fingers above the buckwheat. We put this dish on the second tier in a double boiler.

We take food foil, spread it on the table with a margin. Cut the onion into rings into half of the foil. Put fish on the onion (fish can be any - from ordinary river to sea or fillet in general). If the fish is whole, then greens and a freshly chopped tomato can be put inside the fish. If it is a fillet, then simply lay the greens with tomatoes in layers. Rub the carrot on top and wrap it all with the second half of the foil. We put the fish on the first tier of the double boiler.

We turn on the double boiler for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the lid and rub the carrots and beets on the buckwheat. We put it on for another 20 minutes. The dish is ready. Bon Appetit.
