    • butter - 80 g;
    • cheese - 100 g;
    • tomatoes - 3 pcs;
    • canned green peas - 1 cup
    • For the second recipe:
    • halibut - 1 kg;
    • mayonnaise - 200 g;
    • seasoning for fish - to taste;
    • salt to taste;
    • pepper to taste;
    • dried dill - 1 tsp;
    • pine nuts - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • bell pepper - 1 pc;
    • lemon - 1 pc.
    • For the third recipe:
    • halibut fillet - 800 g;
    • salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
    • pepper - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
    • soy sauce - 50 g;
    • lime juice - 100 g;
    • sherry - 50 g;
    • apples - 2 pcs;
    • carrots - 300 g;
    • onions - 300 g;
    • butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • prunes - 50 g;
    • dried apricots - 50 g;
    • raisins - 100 g;
    • cream - 100 g;
    • mayonnaise - 150 g;
    • cheese - 50 g;
    • walnuts - 20 g.

Step 1

To prepare fish with vegetables, take 1 kilogram of halibut, rinse and separate the fillets from the bones. Rub well with salt, black pepper and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. At this time, peel 2 carrots and grate on a coarse grater. Cut two large onions into thin half rings.

Step 2

Heat 80 grams of butter in a saucepan, put onions and carrots, add a little water, salt to taste and simmer until half cooked. Then transfer the vegetables to a plate and place the fish in a saucepan. Cover it with vegetables, cut the tomatoes into slices on top and cover with 1 cup of green peas.

Season with salt and pepper, pour 80 grams of melted butter, rub a layer of cheese on top and place in the oven. Bake at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with parsley sprigs.

Bake halibut with pine nuts in foil. To do this, cut 1 kg of peeled fish into portions. Put 200 grams of mayonnaise in a bowl, sprinkle with fish seasoning, season with salt and pepper to taste, add a teaspoon of dried dill and 2 tablespoons of pine nuts.

Spread the prepared mixture on both sides of the fish pieces and place on the foil. Top with bell pepper rings, lemon slices and wrap, but not too tight. Place the fish on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.

To bake halibut with dried fruit, cut 800 grams of fish fillets into small pieces. Rub them with a mixture of one tablespoon of salt and the same amount of black pepper. Drizzle with 50 grams of soy sauce, 100 grams of lime juice, 50 grams of sherry, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Peel two sour apples, cut into cubes and sauté in butter until soft. Cut 300 grams of carrots and the same amount of onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Step 8

Chop 50 grams of prunes and dried apricots as small as possible. Transfer them with 100 grams of raisins to carrots and onions. Then pour in the marinade from under the fish, put in the apples, add 100 grams of cream and simmer all together for about 7 minutes.

Step 9

Place halibut pieces in a baking dish and top with the contents of the pan. Drizzle with enough mayonnaise, sprinkle with 50 grams of grated hot cheese and 20 grams of chopped walnuts. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
