Do you want to eat caviar with spoons? It couldn't be easier. Get inexpensive halibut caviar and enjoy it. It can be used to prepare delicious dishes that look spectacular on a festive and everyday table.
Canape "Domino"
Make original canapes with halibut caviar called Dominoes. They only need 3 ingredients:
- some halibut caviar;
- black bread;
- butter.
Cut the bread into slices and cut each into 3x6 cm rectangles. Spread with a layer of oil. The time has come for creativity.
Use the caviar to make a strip that will split each slice of bread in half. The same fish product will help turn the surface into real dominoes. Take a canapé, on one side, using a few eggs, make four points in the corners. On the other hand, 3 or 5.
Connect the canapes on the platter, as is done when playing dominoes - connect the chips with the same number of circles together, creating a playing field. Such an interestingly decorated dish will delight your home or guests.
"Gift" sandwich
This appetizer will help create a festive mood any day. To do it, take:
- 1 loaf of white bread;
- 110 g of halibut caviar;
- 25 g of Fetax cheese;
- 50 g soft cheese;
- a few feathers of green onions.
Cut the bread into equal squares. Lay out one-on-one this way:
Bread first. Spread cream cheese on it. Place a slice of Fetax cheese on top of it. Lay 4 layers in this way.
Take an onion feather. Carefully cut it in half lengthwise, unfold, rinse with cool water. Now tie the multi-storey canapé with one or two onion feathers to make it look like a wrapped gift. Build an onion bow at the top.
Dieters can indulge in a simple meal. Cut a fresh cucumber into slices and place some halibut roe on top of each. These sandwiches look colorful and will be an excellent tool that will help to diversify the slimming diet.
Cake
Make a snack cake with halibut caviar. Bake 12-15 unsweetened pancakes and cool. Now spread a small layer of soft cheese on each and lay a layer of caviar on top of it. Shape the cake to the top in the same way. Garnish with pickled cucumber, mayonnaise and the same halibut caviar.
Treasures of the seabed
