It is necessary

    • 200g halibut fillet;
    • 0.5 cups water;
    • 0.5 cups of apple juice;
    • 2 tablespoons of cream;
    • 100 g butter;
    • 50 g champignons;
    • celery
    • paprika
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash halibut fillets and cut into small pieces.

Pour water into a saucepan, add apple juice and boil fish until half cooked.

Step 2

Remove the fillets from the broth and place them on a wire rack or on a paper towel to drain the excess water.

Step 3

Go through the mushrooms, wash, dry and cut into wedges.

Fry in butter.

Step 4

Place the boiled halibut fillets in a skillet, add the cream, the fried mushrooms and fry all together until the cream thickens.

At the very end of cooking, season with salt to taste.

When serving ready-made halibut, sprinkle with celery and paprika. Bon Appetit!
