It is necessary

  • Recipe 1:
  • - 1 sweet bell pepper (yellow);
  • - 1 medium sweet and sour apple;
  • - 3 large potato tubers;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 300 g of sauerkraut;
  • - 3 strips of bacon;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.
  • Recipe 2:
  • - 200 g of sauerkraut;
  • - 100 g of cheese;
  • - 2 chicken eggs;
  • - 2 parsley roots;
  • - 0.5 onions;
  • - salt and pepper;
  • - vegetable oil.
  • Recipe 3:
  • - 400 g of sauerkraut;
  • - 1 beet;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tbsp. l. horseradish;
  • - parsley;
  • - some sugar and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Properly cooked cabbage usually does not need pre-preparation. But if it turns out to be too salty, then it is advisable to rinse it with cold water, squeeze it out. Wash the potatoes well, put them in a saucepan with water and put on fire, salt, cook in their uniform until cooked. Let the potatoes cool, peel and cut into medium cubes and place in a bowl.

Step 2

Peel the onion, chop. Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry in a pan with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Put the onion there, cook for another 3 minutes. Place the fried bacon and onions with the chopped potatoes, stir and leave under the lid. Wash the apple and yellow bell pepper, peel them, cut them into cubes, and send them to a bowl.

Step 3

Squeeze the sauerkraut out of the brine, cut it into 2 cm pieces. Place it with the rest of the ingredients, season with pepper and salt. Mix in a separate bowl 1 tbsp. l. brine with vegetable oil, season the salad, mix well. Chill the finished salad, serve.

Step 4

Take 200 g of sauerkraut and squeeze it out of the brine, you can rinse it under cold running water. Put a couple of chicken eggs in a ladle and put on low heat, cook until tender. Cool and peel eggs, chop finely. It is recommended to cut the cabbage into small pieces, after which it is necessary to mix it with the eggs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and send to a bowl. Peel half of the onion, chop finely. Chop the parsley roots. Combine all products, salt and pepper, season with vegetable oil, stir.

Step 5

Wash the beets thoroughly and cook over medium heat until cooked through. While the beets are cooking, you can prepare all the other ingredients needed for the salad. Squeeze sauerkraut and cut arbitrarily (as you like). Peel the finished beets, grate or cut into strips. Mix cabbage with beets, add horseradish, sugar, salt (if necessary) and vegetable oil to vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly, put in a salad bowl and garnish with parsley. This salad goes well with boiled or baked potatoes.
