Rib fans will surely appreciate this dish. Beef ribs have a special flavor, they are also high-calorie and nutritious, and mustard-honey sauce will perfectly emphasize their taste. Beef ribs are especially good as an appetizer for cold beer.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of beef ribs;
- 5 g hot chili sauce;
- 50 g of any liquid honey;
- 50 g of table mustard;
- 40 g soy sauce;
- 3-4 garlic cloves;
- half a lemon;
- 40 g spices (paprika, pepper mix, coriander).
Preparation:
- Cut the ribs into small pieces. Rinse well under running water, removing small bone fragments. Dry with a towel and set aside.
- Pour honey and mustard into a small bowl, stir. Pour in soy sauce, chili sauce, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Do not throw out the squeezed lemon. Grate lemon zest (in the amount of one tablespoon) on a fine grater and add to the same bowl. Pour in the spice mixture.
- Chop the peeled cloves of garlic through a garlic press or finely grate, add to the rest of the ingredients. Stir the entire consistency in the container until smooth.
- Pour the resulting mass onto the ribs, mix and refrigerate for 2 hours. Periodically, the ribs should be turned over and poured with mustard-honey sauce that has flowed to the bottom of the bowl.
- After the time has elapsed, remove the ribs from the refrigerator and transfer to a bag (sleeve) for baking.
- Preheat the oven (internal temperature - 200 °), then put a baking sheet with a bag there, the ribs will cook for 1 hour. After a while, reduce the oven temperature to 150 degrees and wait another 30 minutes, after which the dish will be completely ready.
Beef ribs baked in a bag are served as a separate dish.
