Egg-fried cod is so delicious with a fragrant crunchy crust that it's hard to resist. This method is suitable for almost any fish, there are not many ingredients required for this - flour and an egg, and breading can be made from a loaf or bread.

Step 1
A whole fish must be prepared in advance, because not everyone has a ready-made fillet right away. Cut off the head, tail, fins of the fish. Scrape off the scales with a knife. Get rid of entrails, bones, rinse in water and cut into pieces.
