Bechamel sauce gives a delicious taste of "French meat". Such a royal dish is worthy of any festive table. The sauce itself can be served with fish, vegetable and meat dishes.
It is necessary
- - 900 g of pork;
- - 300 g of fresh champignons;
- - 50 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 medium tomatoes;
- - onion head;
- - 20 g of greens.
- For Bechamel sauce
- - 1 liter of milk;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, salt - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Sauce preparation: You will need a heavy-bottomed skillet or stewpan. Put flour, butter and a little nutmeg on the bottom of the pan. Place on fire, stir all the time until the oil is dissolved. Slowly pour milk into the prepared mixture, while constantly stirring the sauce. Cook over medium heat until thick sour cream. Season the prepared sauce with pepper and salt (to taste).
Step 2
Main dish: take a baking dish (ceramic, glass or silicone) and lay out a layer of tomatoes, previously cut into slices. Drizzle lightly with sauce.
Step 3
Second layer, lay out the finely chopped mushrooms. Also drizzle with sauce
Step 4
The third layer, onions cut into half rings. Put the meat on top, cut into small pieces. Pour over the remaining sauce and cover with foil.
Step 5
Cook in the oven for 1-1.5 hours at a temperature of 220 degrees. Turn the finished dish onto a plate, drain the excess liquid. Grate cheese on top and sprinkle with herbs.
