Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken meat, then mince it. Wash the veal thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into 6 portions. Gently beat each piece of veal and lightly salt.
Step 2
Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour to it, pour in milk. While stirring constantly, add black pepper and nutmeg. Simmer the sauce for 30 minutes, stirring continuously, over low heat.
Step 3
Grate the cheese. Combine the prepared sauce, egg yolk, cheese and black pepper with the minced chicken. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Spread the resulting minced meat on broken pieces of veal. Roll into rolls, then tie with cooking string. Fry the rolls in melted fat. Then transfer to a saucepan.
Step 5
Fry finely chopped onions in the same fat, add paprika and tomato puree, immediately pour in a little broth that remains from the ham, and mix well. Pour the rolls with the resulting sauce, simmer over medium heat, periodically adding the broth, for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Cut the bell peppers into strips, add to the rolls, simmer until the pepper is tender. Before serving, remove the thread from the rolls, put them on a dish, pour over the sauce in which they were cooked. Serve mashed potatoes as a side dish.
