It is necessary
- • 2 kg of pork;
- • 6 tomatoes;
- • 1 head of onion;
- • 700 g of champignons;
- • 1, 5 milk;
- • 200 g of butter;
- • hard cheese for sprinkling;
- • fresh herbs for decoration;
- • 5 tbsp. flour with a slide;
- • spices to taste: nutmeg, black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare the Béchamel sauce. To do this, you need a frying pan with a thick bottom, put flour, butter and a pinch of nutmeg in it, put on low heat and stir constantly to melt all the butter. Pour milk in a thin stream and stir the sauce constantly. The finished "Béchamel" should be like thick sour cream in consistency, it must be removed from the heat, pepper and salt.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices, cut the champignons into small pieces, onions into half rings, pork into thin pieces.
Step 3
Lightly sprinkle the baking sheet with water, then lay out in layers: tomatoes, pour the sauce, mushrooms, sauce, onion, pork, pour the remaining sauce and put in the oven preheated to 220 ° C for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
10 minutes before the dish is completely cooked, sprinkle it with grated cheese and put it in the oven again.
