Start your soup by processing mushrooms. Rinse fresh mushrooms thoroughly, peel and cut in half. Then chop the onion in half rings and fry it in butter. Add prepared mushrooms to the almost finished onion and simmer for ten minutes over low heat. Cool the prepared mushrooms with onions to room temperature and turn into a homogeneous mass using a blender. Then add the onion-mushroom mass to the broth. Put cream and spices there. Mix everything thoroughly and bring to a boil.

As you can see, a blender can facilitate the preparation of various dishes from a variety of soups, minced meat and dough to cocktails and desserts.

Making various sauces using a blender is no less popular. To make the sauce, take 300 grams of non-hard tofu, a couple of garlic cloves, lemon, olive oil and spices to taste. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly until you get a nice, homogeneous mass. Add greens if desired. Then let the sauce sit for a couple of hours in a cold place.
