Chicken wings are the perfect dish for any occasion. They can be served with a side dish or as a beer snack. For a crispy crust, it is recommended to use honey and soy sauce.

- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - 500 gr. chicken wings;
- - 50 gr. honey;
- - 50 ml of soy sauce;
- - juice of 2 lemons;
- - a teaspoon of dry oregano.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut each chicken wing into 3 parts. The 2 most meaty are used for the dish, and the tips of the wings can be saved for chicken broth.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200C and at this time prepare the sauce: mix the soy sauce and honey, squeeze out the juice of two lemons and pour in the oregano. Mix the sauce well until smooth.
Step 3
We spread the wings on a baking sheet (it is best to use a silicone one), grease them generously with sauce and put in the oven.
Step 4
Every 5 minutes, the wings need to be removed from the oven, turned over and greased again with sauce - this is the only way they will become incredibly crispy on the outside, but at the same time juicy on the inside.
Step 5
After 35 minutes, the chicken wings in honey-soy sauce can be served.
