    • 200 ml soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • a tablespoon of honey
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 100 gr cheese
    • 100 ml vegetable oil
    • breadcrumbs

Step 1

Rinse the wings thoroughly and fill them with marinade. To prepare it, you will need 200 ml of soy sauce, one tablespoon of honey and one pod of finely chopped chili. Mix all the ingredients and pour over the wings so that they are completely covered with the marinade. Soak them for half an hour.

Step 2

While the wings are marinating, cook the breading. Mix two yolks with two tablespoons of butter. Finely grate 100 grams of hard cheese and add to the egg and butter mixture. Place the breadcrumbs in the microwave for 10 seconds, one should be smooth.

Step 3

Dip each wing first in the cheese-butter-egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs. Next, they need to be cooked, for those who do not like products fried in oil, the method of frying using a microwave oven is suitable. Set the grill setting, place the wings on the special wire rack and cook for 20-25 minutes.

You can prepare the wings in the traditional way. Preheat a deep frying pan and pour at least 100 ml vegetable oil into it. When the oil warms up well, dip the wings first in the cheese marinade, then roll in breadcrumbs and put in a frying pan. Fry them until golden brown on both sides. Then take them out and place them on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

If you don't like fried foods, cook the wings in the oven. Preheat it to 180-200 degrees, put the marinated wings on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Leave the baking sheet open for a crispy crust. Alternatively, if you prefer softer meat, cover the baking sheet or skillet with foil. If desired, during the frying process, you can pour the juice over the dish. You can serve the finished dish as a snack for beer or wine, as well as as a second one with a side dish of vegetables or porridge.
