Pilaf is a very tasty and satisfying dish. It is cooked with meat, dried apricots, chicken. Or you can try to make an exquisite pilaf with prunes.

- - 800 g lamb
- - 500 g of rice
- - 250 g raisins
- - 500 g prunes
- - 2 carrots
- - salt
- - pepper
- - 2 onions
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces. Fry them in a cauldron in hot oil.
Step 2
Once the meat is brown, add the chopped carrots and onions. Fry everything.
Step 3
Pour in a glass of hot water and simmer vegetables with meat until soft. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Rinse prunes and raisins thoroughly and place in a cauldron.
Step 5
Rinse the rice and place on top of the meat. Add water to cover the rice by 2 cm. Cook until the water boils away.
Step 6
Then make a depression in the pilaf and pour oil into it. Simmer everything under a closed lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Ready pilaf should be infused for about an hour.
