Step 1

Step 2

Next, take one small eggplant and cut it into thin slices. Put them in a separate bowl and season with salt. Now let the eggplant stand for 15 minutes, because it is necessary that all the bitterness has come out.

Peel one bell pepper, remove all seeds and partitions, rinse it again.

Step 4
