Lavash roll is a wonderful, tasty and quick snack. At the same time, almost any food that ends up in the refrigerator can be used as a filling.
It is necessary
- - lavash - 1 sheet;
- - processed cheese - 200 g;
- - slightly salted salmon - 200 g;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Spread the pita bread on the table and brush with an even layer of melted cheese. Cheese can be used with any fillers, but it is the natural creamy product without additives that will best emphasize the taste of fish. Processed cheese can be replaced with cottage cheese. The main thing is that it has a creamy consistency and is easily spread on pita bread.
Step 2
Cut the fish into small, thin slices. It doesn't matter if you prefer salmon or trout. You can use chum salmon or even slightly salted herring in the recipe. Red fish can be either salted or lightly smoked. It all depends on the taste preferences of the person preparing this dish.
Step 3
Rinse lettuce leaves thoroughly in running water. Shake off excess moisture and dry the prepared herbs with a paper towel. Remove the legs and spoiled leaves.
Step 4
Spread the salad on the pita bread so that all the cheese is covered. Place the fish slices on top. Drizzle with a little lemon juice.
Step 5
Gently wrap the roll, twisting the pita bread tightly. Wrap the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
Step 6
Using a sharp knife, cut the pita bread into slices 1-1.5 cm thick, put on a flat dish and serve. Bon Appetit!
