It is necessary
- For the test:
- -120 g flour
- -130 g sugar
- - 4 eggs,
- - 1 tsp baking powder,
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- For filling:
- - sugar to taste,
- - 5 apples,
- - 1 lemon (juice).
- For the form:
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- For filing:
- - icing sugar to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
For filling. Peel the apples and pass through a coarse grater. Drain the juice from the apples. Mix grated apples with lemon juice and sugar (amount of sugar to taste).
Step 2
For the test. Beat the egg, add sugar while whisking in portions. Whisk for ten minutes until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder, sift and add vanilla sugar to it. Combine the dry mixture with a beaten egg, stir well.
Step 3
Place baking paper on a baking sheet and brush with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put the apple filling on a baking sheet, flatten. Lay the dough on top, flatten.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the piece for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and turn the crust over on a towel, filling up. Gently roll the filled crust into a roll. Leave the roll on a towel to cool. After the roll has cooled, trim off the edges, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, garnish as desired and serve.
