A very easy to prepare yet delicious and savory appetizer that requires a special Korean carrot seasoning.
It is necessary
- - 1 thin pita bread
- - 200 g raw carrots
- - 250 g cheese
- - 1 large bunch of fresh dill
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil
- - 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar
- - 1/4 pack of Korean carrot seasoning
- - mayonnaise
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel and grate on a special grater for Korean carrots to get thin long slices.
Step 2
Peel the cloves of garlic, cut in half, remove the green core and discard. Finely chop the rest of the garlic. Combine carrots, vegetable oil, garlic, vinegar, and seasoning. Stir and leave to soak for 60 minutes.
Step 3
Rinse the dill thoroughly, dry and chop. Cut the lavash into 4 equal parts. Brush one part with a thin layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Step 4
Put another sheet of pita bread on top, brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
Step 5
Place half of the Korean carrot salad on top of the cheese.
Step 6
Roll the pita bread into a roll. Make a second roll with the remaining food. Wrap both rolls with cling film and refrigerate for a while.
Step 7
Remove the rolls from the refrigerator, peel them off, cut the appetizer into slices and serve.
