Lavash roll cooked with carrots in Korean turns out to be not only very tasty, but also very satisfying. Such a dish can be prepared both for a festive table and on a regular day for dinner.

It is necessary

  • • 2 medium-sized carrots;
  • • sunflower oil;
  • • ground black pepper and salt;
  • • 200 g of Korean carrots;
  • • 1 onion head;
  • • mayonnaise;
  • • fresh salad leaves;
  • • 200 g of boiled liver.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the peel from the carrot, and then wash and chop with a coarse grater. The bulb must be peeled and then rinsed. Chop the onion using a sharp knife. Rinse the greens and wait until excess liquid drains from it.

Step 2

Place a frying pan with vegetable oil on a hot stove. After it gets hot, pour the prepared onion into it. Fry until golden brown and then add the carrots. Reduce heat and bring vegetables until tender, stirring regularly.

Step 3

You will need chicken liver for cooking. It must be boiled and cooled. Then it will need to be cut into very small cubes.

After that, in a deep cup, you need to combine the chopped liver, as well as fried carrots and onions, mix everything

Spread the pita bread on the table. One side of it needs to be smeared with mayonnaise. Then, on ½ part of the pita bread, it is necessary to lay the washed lettuce leaves in an even layer, and spread the Korean carrots on top of them.

Step 6

Add mayonnaise to the mixture of liver and fried vegetables and mix everything thoroughly. Then the liver must be laid on top of the Korean carrot.

Step 7

Cover the filling with a free edge of pita bread, and then make a tight roll out of it. After that, the roll will need to be tightly wrapped with cling film. Place the finished roll on the refrigerator shelf for at least 10 hours.

Step 8

Remove the film from the finished roll and cut it into portions. Then put them on a platter and serve.
