This is the recipe for the most delicious fried shrimp I have ever come across. Aromas walk around the apartment at the very beginning of cooking. And when you taste them, you will dream of this taste.
It is necessary
- Frozen shrimp in shell - 500-700 g
- Garlic - 10 medium cloves
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Greens - 1 small bunch
- Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
- Odorless olive and sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Put the pan on high heat and spread the shrimp. No need to defrost !!! At first, the glaze that covers the shrimp will begin to melt, and there will be a lot of water. Ideally, you need to wait until almost all the water has evaporated - for this you need a strong fire. But if you don't have enough time or patience, then some of the water can be drained. It is important not to drain all the water, the shrimp should remain slightly damp.
This is the longest stage, it takes 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
When there is little water left, add oil and salt. Do not turn down the fire yet - the better the shrimps are fried, the more intense the taste will be. Do not forget to stir often so as not to burn.
When the shrimps are fried enough (it takes me 5 minutes), add lemon juice. You can squeeze it out in advance to make it more convenient. And fry for another minute or two.
The smell is already amazing.
Step 3
But at the next stage, you will no longer be able to resist and salivation will flow like a river.
Now it's time to turn down the heat and add the most important ingredients:
- garlic, previously passed through a press;
- greens (you can take any to your taste, I usually use only dill).
Mix well for one or two minutes and … finally we can enjoy.
