Fresh shrimps are not stored for a long time, so only frozen ones can be bought in the store. The most popular way to cook shrimp is to boil them in salted water with herbs, but king and tiger prawns are best cooked a little differently. - olive oil 49-50 g
- garlic - 4-5 cloves
- ground coriander
- dry dill
- soy sauce - 50 g
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the frozen shrimp into a bowl, sprinkle with ground coriander and dry dill, stir, close the lid and defrost on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. After three hours, remove and leave to stand at room temperature for a better spice aroma.
Step 2
Pass the garlic through a press, put in a small bowl and cover with soy sauce, if available, add half a teaspoon of Japanese horseradish - wasabi. Mix everything.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan with high edges, pour some of the olive oil on it and put the shrimp in one layer, fry them on one side, then on the other side, pouring soy sauce with garlic. Put the finished shrimps on a dish, and fry the rest in the same way.
Step 4
Garnish the shrimps on the dish with lettuce leaves, sprigs of fresh dill, drizzle with soy sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice and serve.
