Fritters are the fastest way to feed a family breakfast or invite guests for tea. But for a long time this very dish did not work for me until I discovered a simple and trouble-free recipe.
It is necessary
- 1 glass of kefir or yogurt, or sour cream, or even sour milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. l. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1 tsp vanillin
- 1 tsp baking powder or baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1
We mix kefir, egg, butter (melt), sugar, vanillin in one bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder separately.
Step 3
This is followed by a very important step: pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture, stirring gently.
You do not need to knead until the very end, the dough should remain a little lumpy.
Let stand for about 20 minutes. This is also an important step, the dough should "ferment" a little.
Step 4
Then stir again a little and put on a preheated and lightly oiled frying pan. Fry on each side. It usually takes 1-2 minutes for both sides.
Step 5
It turns out such lush and delicious pancakes.
