Flavored pancakes are a favorite treat for many children and adults. Pancakes can be bought at the store. But how can they compare to homemade baked goods? The main secret of these pancakes is their incredible tenderness and softness.

- - milk - 1 l;
- - flour - 2-2, 5 tbsp.;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - butter - 180 g;
- - baking powder - 1 tsp. or soda - 0.5 tsp;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - sugar (optional) - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Step 1
Heat the milk until warm and pour into a deep bowl. Crack the eggs and mix well.
Step 2
In the microwave or in a saucepan, melt 90 g of butter, pour into the mixture. Add salt, baking powder, and sugar (optional).
Step 3
Add flour in portions. Stir to such an extent that no flour lumps remain. The mixer can be used at minimum speed. This will greatly simplify the task. The consistency of the dough should be like liquid sour cream.
Step 4
Melt the remaining 90 g of butter. It is necessary to lubricate the pancakes. Heat the skillet and add some vegetable oil to warm it up enough.
Step 5
Fill a ladle with dough and, lifting the pan, gently pour the dough into the middle, turning the pan in different directions so that the dough is distributed over the entire surface. Once the pancake is browned, turn it over to the other side using a spatula or with your hands, whichever is more convenient for you. Bake the other side for the same amount of time.
Step 6
See how well the pancake can be flipped. If it seems to you that the dough came out thin, add more flour, about a heaped tablespoon. You no longer need to pour vegetable oil into the pan.
Step 7
Place the prepared pancakes on a large plate and grease liberally with melted butter each time.
