To prepare a soufflé, you need: 670 g of liver, 100 g of onions, 2 chicken eggs, 50 g of semolina, 50 g of 10% sour cream.

The liver is crushed with a blender and finely chopped onions, sour cream, semolina and chicken egg yolks are added to it. Whisk the whites into a strong foam and add to the minced meat. All components are thoroughly mixed.

A baking dish is greased with vegetable oil and minced meat is transferred into it. The oven is heated to 180 ° C and the mold is sent to the middle level. The liver soufflé will be ready after 30 minutes.
