- - milk (2 tablespoons);
- - sugar (2 tablespoons);
- - an egg.

- - blueberries (500 g);
- - sugar (1 tbsp. spoon);
- - water (1 tbsp. spoon).
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to prepare the dough. To do this, cut the chilled butter into small pieces with a knife, transfer to a small bowl and mix it with sifted flour. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolk and sugar with a whisk, adding 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water and a pinch of salt. Combine both masses and quickly knead the dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 2
Put the finished shortbread dough in a round baking dish with a removable bottom, evenly distributing it over the entire surface and grabbing the sides. Place the form with the dough in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake until golden brown (about 25-30 minutes). Take the finished cake out of the oven and cool it without removing it from the mold.
Step 3
While the blueberry cake base is cooling, you can start making the cream. To do this, beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. In a small saucepan, bring the milk mixed with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Pour boiling milk in a thin stream into the beaten egg mixture, stirring constantly. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and, without stopping to stir, add it one spoon at a time to the egg-milk mixture.
Step 4
1 tbsp. combine a spoonful of sugar with 1 tbsp. spoon of water, put on a small fire and boil the syrup. We sort out the blueberries, wash them and dry them with a paper towel. Lubricate the cooled cake base with plenty of butter, spread the berries on top of the cream and sprinkle the cake with sweet syrup.
