It is necessary

    • for 10 servings of cake:
    • 300 g blueberries;
    • some cinnamon or vanilla;
    • 600 g of cottage cheese and yogurt;
    • 250 g waffles;
    • 400 g sugar;
    • 150 g butter;
    • 1 glass of cream (22% fat);
    • 4 tsp gelatin.

Instructions

Step 1

For marbled blueberry cake, use 300 grams of blueberry. Rinse and recycle. Set aside a few berries for garnish, and mashed the rest. You can additionally rub the puree through a sieve.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 180 °. Grind the waffles (you can mince them). Combine waffles with melted butter. Add some cinnamon or vanilla to this mixture for a flavorful cake. Put the resulting mass in a baking dish, level its surface. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely.

Step 3

While the cake is cooling, beat the cottage cheese with the egg and sugar. The mass should be homogeneous. Soak gelatin in water. Once the gelatin is ready, add it to the cream and mix well. Then pour some of the cream with gelatin into the curd mass, and add some to the blueberry puree.

Step 4

On the cooled cake, first put the curd mass, and then the blueberry. Stir the top layer of the cake to learn the marble pattern. Wrap the sides of the baking dish with parchment paper before laying out the layers.

Step 5

Put the cake in the refrigerator until the curd-blueberry mass solidifies. Then take the cake out of the refrigerator and remove it from the mold. Decorate the top with the blueberries that were set aside. You can also sprinkle with powdered sugar on top or garnish with mint sprigs. That's it, the cake is ready for tea.
