In combination with cottage cheese, all the berries become even tastier! I suggest you make a curd-blueberry cake. Its delicate taste will pleasantly surprise your household.
It is necessary
- - fat-free cottage cheese - 500 g;
- - lemon juice - 6 tablespoons;
- - sugar - 80 g + 3 tablespoons;
- - cream 35% - 250 ml;
- - blueberries - 300 g;
- - butter - 75 g;
- - shortbread cookies - 150 g;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or meat grinder and mix with the following products: 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 80 grams of granulated sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly, then add whipped cream there.
Step 2
With the berry, do this: rinse thoroughly and sort. Then put the blueberries in a blender and add the remaining lemon juice and granulated sugar to it. Beat the resulting mixture until it turns into a puree. Be sure to set aside a small handful of berries to decorate the cake before this procedure.
Step 3
Cover the baking dish with cling film and put 4 tablespoons of curd mass on it. In this form, send to the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
After the time has elapsed, remove the frozen curd mass, put 2 tablespoons of blueberry puree on it and send it back to the freezer. Thus, alternate these masses until they run out.
Step 5
Grind shortbread cookies to a crumb state, and then combine with pre-melted butter. Put the resulting mass on the dessert and spread over its entire surface, pressing lightly. Then wrap the dish with cling film and send it to the freezer to freeze for at least 6 hours.
Step 6
Remove the finished dessert from the mold by gently turning it over. Decorate with blueberries, cut into small pieces and serve. Blueberry curd cake is ready!
