  • - 1 clove of garlic
  • - vegetable oil
  • - salt, pepper according to your taste

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the lamb thoroughly and cut into medium pieces. Preheat a skillet with butter, put the lamb in there and begin to fry over medium heat.

Step 2

Cut the onion into small squares. Also peel, rinse, and cut the carrots into small slices. Slice tomatoes and peppers to about the same size. Add to your already slightly fried lamb, onion and reduce heat.

Step 3

Add carrots, mix well. Add the peppers, cover the skillet and simmer for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes, cover again and simmer for a few more minutes. Add tomato oil, mix everything, pour in some water and carefully transfer everything to a saucepan.

Step 4

Peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes, place them in a saucepan, cover with water and cook until the potatoes are fully cooked. Chop the herbs and garlic, and when the potatoes are done, add everything to the soup.

Step 5

Remove the soup from the stove, cover and let sit for a couple of minutes. And you will have a very tasty and satisfying soup.
