Cooking in a multicooker saves a lot of time, and the food turns out to be very tasty and healthy. Pilaf with mushrooms is perfect for lunch or dinner.
It is necessary
- - rice 1 glass;
- - champignons 300 g;
- - dry mushrooms 40 g;
- - carrots 2 pcs.;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - garlic 2 cloves;
- - vegetable oil 6 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt 1, 5 teaspoon;
- - spices for pilaf to taste;
- - arugula;
- - chilli.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak dry mushrooms in water for 1, 5-2 hours. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Then add the onions and carrots and fry with the lid open in the "Fry" or "Bake" mode for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Cut the champignons into 4-6 pieces, add to the vegetables and fry for another 15 minutes. Rinse dry mushrooms, chop finely and put in a slow cooker. Strain the water in which the dry mushrooms were soaked, but do not pour out.
Step 4
Rinse the rice several times, salt, sprinkle with spices. Stick the garlic cloves unpeeled into the rice. Pour the water in which the dry mushrooms have been soaked and add regular water so that the liquid level is about 2 cm above the rice level. Close the lid of the multicooker and cook on Pilaf or Sauté for 30 minutes.
Step 5
When the pilaf is ready, turn off the multicooker, but do not open the lid, let the pilaf brew for 15 minutes. Then mix the pilaf, put on a dish. Serve garnished with chili peppers, carrots and arugula.
