- - sour cream 100 g;
- - butter 25 g;
- - carbonated mineral water 1 glass;

- - Bay leaf;
- - Provencal herbs;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onions and mushrooms. Cut the onion into half rings, and cut the mushrooms into small pieces or slices. In a slow cooker, turn on the "Bake" mode, melt a piece of butter, then add the onions and mushrooms. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring.
Step 2
Wash the pork, pat dry with a paper towel, then cut into thin slices. Salt, pepper, roll in flour and herbs of Provence.
Step 3
Put the meat in a multicooker bowl with mushrooms and onions, fry until the meat is golden brown. As soon as the crust turns golden, add sour cream and mineral water, bay leaf. Close the multicooker, turn on the "Stew" mode, cook for 30 minutes.
