What milk is considered perfect

A wide variety of dairy products are available in modern grocery stores and supermarkets. Customers know that milk is sterilized and pasteurized, and it can also have different fat content. But not everyone knows what the selected milk is.

Selected milk is a product of the highest quality. It is not sterilized and is commercially available in pasteurized form.

Milk is supplied to factories from farmers. Some factories have their own subsidiary plots. In the manufacture of regular or bulk milk, all raw materials entering the enterprise are placed in one container and subjected to a sterilization or pasteurization process. Moreover, it can be either first or second grade. Mixing products of different grades in this case is quite acceptable.

When making selected milk, the raw materials are carefully selected. Mixing of varieties is not allowed in the finished product with the appropriate marking. Very often, enterprises use raw materials obtained only from certain farms for the production of selected milk.

Selected milk is not subjected to a standardization process. This means that its fat content is not brought to a specific value by separation or mixing with skim milk.

The fat content of selected milk is measured by a special device and information about it is applied to the packaging with the finished product. Fat information should be printed on the package next to the date and hour of production.

Selected milk is stored much longer than usual, since the raw materials from which it is made are of exceptional quality and reduced microbial contamination.

Selected milk and its cost

In the production of selected milk, only high-quality packaging materials are used. This also allows for a longer shelf life.

The cost of such a product is much higher than the cost of ordinary milk. To some, it seems unjustified, but this is not entirely true. The exceptional quality of milk and some difficulties arising in the process of its production, as well as the use of high-quality packaging materials, significantly increase the cost of the product.

Selected milk is indispensable for baby food, as well as for those who look after their health and strive to consume only natural products.
