    • 4 cloves of garlic

    • 1 tbsp. l. liquid smoke

Step 1

Make a composition in which the wings will be marinated. Take 2 large onions and cut into half rings. Chop the garlic, add it to the onion. Mix spices with this mass. Pour pepper to taste, turmeric should be on the tip of a knife, and salt - one and a half tablespoons. Remember the mass with your hands so that the onion gives juice.

Step 2

Defrost the chicken wings. There should be no ice or excess moisture on them. Rinse well under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Dip the wings into the composition so that the bow completely covers them. Top with olive oil.

Step 3

Heat the red wine slightly in a water bath. Add honey to it and stir until it dissolves into wine. Homemade wine or sweet semi-dry wine is best suited for the composition. Then pour the wine with the spices so that it is evenly distributed over the wings. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Then add liquid smoke and wait another 2 hours.

Step 4

Spread paper towels or clean waffle towels on the table. Remove the chicken wings from the composition and lay on towels to dry a little. In the meantime, heat the oven to 180 degrees. Transfer the wings to the grill rack. Place a tray on the lower tier so that the fat from the wings flows into it, and not into the fire. In the oven, the wings are fried for 30-35 minutes. Remove the snack from the oven and cool.

Step 5

From the remaining onion composition, you can prepare the sauce for the wings. Take a small portion of the spiced onion and sauté in sunflower oil until the onion is golden brown. Add 4-5 tablespoons of tomato paste and some adjika. Stir in onions, add half a glass of boiled water. Boil the sauce until thick, stirring constantly. As soon as the tomato paste thickens, remove from heat and cool. Combined with this sauce, grilled chicken wings will become the main treat on your table.
