    • Corn groats - 1 glass,
    • Light raisins - 50g,
    • Dried apricots - 50 g
    • Water 1, 5 cups,
    • Cow's milk - 2 cups
    • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
    • Butter - 20 g,
    • Salt - half a teaspoon.

Step 1

Rinse the groats and soak in a bowl for 3-4 hours or overnight in warm water.

Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt. Rinse the raisins and dried apricots, add to the pan. Put on fire.
