  • - 300-400 grams of pumpkin;
  • - 1 glass of corn grits;
  • - 1/4 cup granulated sugar;
  • - 4-5 cups of cow's milk;
  • - 20 grams of butter;
  • -vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the pumpkin. Peel the vegetable from a thick peel, remove seeds and fibers, cut randomly, not very large pieces. In addition, the pumpkin can be grated on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Rinse the corn grits with water several times until the water becomes clear. Be careful, as the grits are fine enough and can go away with the drained water.

Step 3

Put the chopped pumpkin into the multicooker bowl, add the washed corn grits. Add granulated sugar and a pinch of salt, vanillin on the tip of a knife. You can add more or less sugar, depending on your preference.

Step 4

Pour milk over pumpkin and corn grits. Close the lid of the multicooker and set the "Milk porridge" mode or another similar one, depending on the multicooker model. The program time is approximately 30-40 minutes.

Step 5

After the signal to turn off the multicooker, open the lid, add butter, let it stand with the lid closed for about 7-10 minutes in the heating mode (maintaining the temperature) so that the porridge is saturated with oil and becomes more aromatic.

Step 6

Pumpkin porridge with large corn is ready. It is advisable to serve the porridge hot with milk and butter, bread or toast with jam or preserves. Garnish with carrot, apple, or other fruit slices. Bon Appetit.
