Mash the softened butter with sugar. Gradually add eggs and sour cream to the mixture, then add baking soda and sifted flour. Quickly knead a light dough and divide it in two.

Rub the lemon zest, squeeze out the juice. Add the whole zest and a tablespoon of lemon juice to one half of the dough. Knead it until smooth. Put vanillin and cocoa in the second part of the dough.
