Maklube is a dish that is often prepared in eastern countries. It is very easy to prepare, and the taste is unusual. It turns out maklyube soft, juicy, nourishing and aromatic, thanks to the large amount of spices.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of beef
- - 1 glass of rice
- - 2 potatoes
- - 1 eggplant
- - 1 inflorescence of cauliflower
- - 2 onions
- - 4 cloves of garlic
- - 2 tomatoes
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - 1 tsp cinnamon
- - 1 tbsp. l. coriander
- - 1 tsp nutmeg
- - vegetable oil
- - 3 bay leaves
Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse the meat well, put it in a saucepan, cover with cold water, add bay leaves and onions, put on fire. Cook until tender.
Step 2
Wash and peel vegetables. Cut the potatoes and eggplants into circles. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cut.
Step 3
Fry the potatoes and eggplants in a skillet until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Do the same with cauliflower.
Step 4
Chop the onion, garlic. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Fry them in a skillet for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
When the meat is done, remove it from the broth. Strain the broth, put on low heat. Add coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon to the broth, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Put everything in a saucepan, first the meat, then the eggplants, potatoes, cauliflower, well-washed rice, tomatoes with garlic and onions. It is in this sequence.
Step 7
Pour everything over with hot broth and put on fire, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook until rice is fully cooked. All of the broth should be absorbed.
Step 8
Place a plate on a saucepan and turn over. Remove the pan carefully. Garnish with herbs or vegetables.
