A dish baked in the oven has a special taste and juiciness, since it is there that it heats up evenly and, therefore, evenly bakes and is saturated with the aroma of all ingredients. Even the simplest dish baked in the oven will differ significantly, for the better, from a similar dish cooked on a burner.
It is necessary
-
- medium potatoes 5-6 pcs;
- tomato 1pc;
- onion 1pc;
- sour cream 150g;
- ham 100g;
- cheese 100g;
- butter 100g;
- fresh dill or parsley
- salt
- ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200-220 degrees.
Rinse the potatoes, peel and cut into not too thin slices or cubes. In the pan in which you will directly bake the potatoes, heat the butter and fry the pre-salted potatoes in it for 5 minutes.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Place the onions with the potatoes and sauté everything together for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the ham into small cubes, add to the fried potatoes and onions and stir. Remove the pan from heat.
Step 2
Put black pepper, finely chopped fresh herbs in sour cream to taste and stir.
Wash the tomato, cut into thin slices and place on top of the potatoes. Pour the potatoes with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 3
Place the pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes and bake until golden brown.
Serve ready-made potatoes as a separate dish or as a side dish.
