Fried chicken thighs are one of the most affordable, delicious and nutritious meals around. Chicken meat cooks very quickly and is, moreover, a rich source of easily digestible iron. There are many ways to prepare this product. This recipe describes how to cook fried chicken thighs with cheese.

- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 100 grams of cheese
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
First you need to carefully examine the chicken thighs. If the product has been frozen, then you must wait until it is completely thawed. There is no need to force the process and soak the thighs in water - the product will lose many beneficial substances.
Carefully cut the backbone, if present, trying to keep more meat on the body. If there are feathers left, then pluck them or singe them. Cut out the bones, being careful not to lose shape to the thighs. Rinse the meat thoroughly and dry with a towel.

Then the chicken thighs need to be marinated. To do this, finely grate the garlic (two cloves) in a small container, mix it with salt and chopped black pepper (to taste), add a tablespoon of tomato paste, mix thoroughly.
Rub the chicken thighs evenly with the resulting mixture and put them in a tight plastic bag, release the air from it. Keep product refrigerated. After an hour and a half, a certain amount of liquid will come out of the chicken and the marinade will become more liquid. From time to time, you need to take out the bag and mix its contents so that the thighs are better wetted.
Step 3
Put on fire and fry until tender.
Grate the cheese, mix with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, add a little grated garlic. Spread half a tablespoon of the resulting mixture on each thigh, distribute it evenly. Cover the skillet with a lid and add heat. Turn off after five minutes. Fried chicken thighs with cheese sauce are ready.
