Delicate curd pudding with raisins and marmalade is a delicious curd dessert. It can be cooked both in the oven and in a slow cooker.
It is necessary
- - Cottage cheese - 2 packs
- - eggs - 4 pcs.
- - sugar - 150 gr.
- - semolina - 2 tbsp. l.
- - butter - 50 gr.
- - raisins (pitted) - 100 gr.
- - vanillin - 1 pack
- - lemon zest (optional)
- - marmalade - optional
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-pour the raisins with boiling water and let it stand for at least twenty minutes. Rinse it in running water and, laying it on a towel, let it dry a little.
Step 2
Separate the whites from the yolks. Eggs should be chilled. The dishes are clean and dry. Set the squirrels aside for a while. Mash cottage cheese with yolks, vanilla, lemon zest, semolina. If you want the pudding to be tender, then pour the semolina with a small amount of milk or water to swell. Whisk the resulting mass.
Step 3
Whisk the sugar and whites into a strong foam. Gently add to the curd, add the prepared raisins, pieces of marmalade. Mix everything. Place in a greased baking dish. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the pudding sit for another 20 minutes.
If using a slow cooker, bake the pudding for 45 minutes. And leave to stand with the lid closed after the end of the regime for half an hour.
