Cooking delicious curds requires certain culinary skills, and patience is also essential. People often confuse cheese cakes and curds, because these dishes contain the same products, and they look similar in appearance. But the very technique of making curds is slightly different from making curds.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - a glass of wheat flour;
- - 1 egg;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of barley flakes;
- - a handful of raisins;
- - a pinch of vanillin;
- - olive oil for frying curds.
Instructions
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork; large pieces should not come across in it. Use instant cereal, which should be steamed with boiling water, not boiled. Separate the yolk from the egg white, this recipe only needs the yolk.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over barley flakes and raisins. Leave it on for 5 minutes. The raisins should be steamed, and the porridge should be cooked. If you have not found instant cereals, you can boil the porridge from the usual ones.
Step 3
Combine curd with egg yolk and sugar. Add vanillin, stir. Add barley flakes and raisins, add flour, stir.
Step 4
Roll the balls with wet hands, roll in wheat flour, fry the curds in olive oil on both sides until golden brown. You can adjust the degree of frying at your discretion, but if you cook cottage cheese for children, then remember that it is undesirable for them to give heavily fried foods.
Step 5
Serve ready-made curds with raisins and barley flakes with fruit jam or sour cream.
