A curd casserole is a great idea for breakfast or an afternoon snack. You can diversify the flavor palette by changing raisins and cherries to dried apricots, pears or bananas. Serve the casserole better with condensed milk.
It is necessary
- - 1.5 kg of cottage cheese;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of semolina;
- - 100 g of raisins;
- - 100 g of dried cherries;
- - 1 egg;
- - zest of one lemon;
- - vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the curd through a sieve to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
Step 2
Combine cottage cheese with sugar and egg in a bowl. Mix sour cream with semolina separately and add to the curd mass.
Step 3
Add vanillin, steamed raisins and squeezed from excess water, dried cherries.
Step 4
Prepare lemon zest. Take only the yellow part of the zest, since the white one is bitter and can ruin the whole taste of the casserole.
Step 5
Stir carefully prepared curd mixture. Leave for 20 minutes to swell the semolina.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet with butter, put the curd mass in it, smooth, grease with sour cream on top and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
