It is necessary

  • - 300 g of cottage cheese
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • - 2 tablespoons of semolina
  • - 50 g of milk
  • - 50 g butter
  • - 2 eggs
  • - a bag of vanilla sugar
  • - a handful of dried cherries
  • - sour cream
  • - canned cherries

Instructions

Step 1

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, softened butter. Mix everything well with a mixer or whisk. If you are using cottage cheese, then first wipe it through a sieve.

Step 2

Add milk and beat for 3 minutes. Add semolina, cherries. Stir with a spoon. It is better not to use a mixer, otherwise the cherries will crumple, color the cottage cheese.

Step 3

Let stand for a quarter of an hour to swell the semolina. Arrange in silicone molds, filling them not to the very top.

Step 4

Iron molds can also be used. In this case, grease them with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Otherwise the casserole will stick. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Step 5

Remove the casserole from the molds and place on a plate garnished with a few canned cherries. Serve sour cream separately.
